Columbus & Central Ohio Services
For clients infected and affected with HIV/AIDS in the Columbus and Central Ohio region, we offer case management services including but not limited to assistance with budgeting, nutrition, completion of ODAP applications to receive assistance with medications, co-payments, and insurance premiums, and information and referrals to agencies in the community who can help HIV infected clients and their families reach stabilization and self-sufficiency. ARC Ohio also provides Ryan White Part B services for those who qualify. These services include assistance with medical and dental care. Proof of HIV diagnosis, household income and Ohio residency may be required for certain types of assistance.

In addition to general information, you will be able to receive community planning group activities and meeting minutes where allocation and other decisions are made that impact all persons living with HIV/AIDS throughout the services delivery area.
The Columbus office of ARC Ohio also receives a Federal Ryan White Part C grant annually to support outpatient HIV early intervention services and ambulatory care. This award helps to sustain the mental health therapy, oral health care and primary HIV care programs available in the community and allows the organization to work with local medical providers on quality improvement activities.
ARC Ohio is the local provider of Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) case management and emergency financial assistance for assistance with needs associated with being HIV infected. Financial assistance includes help with short term rent, mortgage, and utilities for those who qualify. Proof of HIV diagnosis, household income and Ohio residency may be required for certain types of assistance.
The Columbus office also provides Behavioral Health Services for individuals infected and affected with HIV/AIDS that are interested in participating in therapy or support groups.
